Description This role will serve as the Latin America Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and regional lead, acting as the primary point of contact for all I2C‑related matters across the region. The position will support end‑to‑end I2C processes, with a strong focus on automation, operational efficiency, stakeholder training, and management, while also identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities.The role will partner closely with the Juárez LATAM Genpact team, maintain a dotted‑line relationship with the I2C Americas RPO, and report directly to the Head of Bill‑to‑Cash, Americas.
