Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as Quality Engineer Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Data analysis and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a team and under pressure Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC Experience with SAP and customer portals Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications English proficiency (approximately 70% reading, writing, and comprehension) Knowledge of quality software (Minitab, Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality Train personnel on quality procedures and standards Any Questions?
