David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding its general recruitment delivery network and is seeking to onboard an experienced Freelance Recruitment Delivery Partner to join their team.This is not a traditional 360° recruitment role: DKR provides the live vacancies, inbound candidate applications and recruitment platform, and the successful candidate takes ownership of allocated applications and converts them into successful placements.The role supports international vacancies across Technology, AI, SaaS, FinTech, iGaming, Sales, BPO, Customer Support and other specialist sectors.Location: Remote, EuropeEmployment type: Freelance - able to invoice (SLA)Remuneration: Commission per placed candidatesRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage live candidate applications allocated through the ATSReview applications against specific job requirements and client expectationsContact shortlisted candidates promptly by phone, email or WhatsAppConduct professional screening interviews covering experience, suitability, salary expectations, availability and motivationVerify essential role requirements before progressing candidatesPrepare accurate,
concise candidate summaries for DKR's internal approvalCoordinate interviews, maintain candidate engagement and follow up throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate ATS records, screening notes and candidate statusesWork closely with DKR's international recruitment team to maximise placementsREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in agency recruitment, RPO or hands-on talent acquisitionStrong candidate screening, interviewing and assessment skillsAbility to interpret job descriptions and identify genuine candidate suitabilityExcellent spoken and written EnglishConfidence contacting international candidates across different time zonesStrong organisation, responsiveness and attention to detailATS experienceAbility to work independently and manage several active vacanciesBENEFITS:Live vacancies with established client requirementsAllocated inbound applications and candidate leadsAccess to Teamtailor for assigned vacanciesInternal recruitment support and client coordinationFully remote working with flexible scheduling
