Responsibilities

- Design and implement analytical models that address business and technical objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Contribute to strategic discussions, offering input that helps shape the direction of data-focused initiatives
- Review work produced by fellow team members, providing constructive feedback to uphold strong analytical practices
- Investigate and resolve complex analytical challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the growth of junior team members by sharing knowledge that strengthens their skills
- Take part in planning discussions, contributing to scope definition and providing accurate time estimates
- Stay current with evolving trends in the field and apply valuable new approaches to daily work
- Maintain clear documentation of key methodologies and findings to support long-term knowledge sharing




- Work closely with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and ensure completed work aligns with expectations

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to enhance analytical solutions
- Strong background in Data Science, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in Python for building and implementing data-driven models and solutions
- Experience with Java for developing and integrating data-related applications
- Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to support rigorous analytical work
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
