We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and highly responsive Video Editor to lead the editing of short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for integral audiences. The ideal candidate masters social media audiovisual language, understands audience retention dynamics, speaks fluent English, and can deliver high-quality finished pieces within fast turnarounds (24-hour delivery or less).

Key Responsibilities

- Edit, trim, and optimize high-impact vertical videos from raw footage or rough recordings.
- Design engaging visual pacing using hooks, dynamic cuts, transitions, sound effects (SFX), and trending audio tracks.
- Add animated captions (Alex Hormozi / trending style), on-screen motion graphics, and brand elements.Socialancer
- Maintain an agile workflow with the ability to edit and deliver final cuts in under 24 hours upon receiving assets.Socialancer
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries (music, SFX, templates, typography, and graphical elements).
- Collaborate with international teams and follow guidelines or scripts provided in English.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience editing short-form content for brands, content creators, or digital marketing agencies.JobLeads

- Portfolio / Showreel: Required link to a current showreel or real-world examples of past short-form edits.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing tools (auto-captioning, voice isolation, auto-reframe).
- Familiarity with CapCut Pro for rapid touch-ups or trending platform-native effects.

Technical Requirements

- Tools: Proficiency in OpenPhone (preferred) or similar VoIP platforms. Experience with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
- Equipment: High-Speed Internet Connection, Computer Hardware (GPU with at least 4 GB VRAM 6 GB+ recommended)
