The role
You call U.S. homeowners, find out if they're a good fit, and send qualified people to our booking team on a live transfer. High volume. Fast pace. You get paid more when you send good calls.
What you'll do
- Make 300+ outbound calls a day from our dialer
- Explain the offer in clear, simple English
- Qualify each homeowner: decision-maker, electric bill size, interest
- Handle objections calmly and respectfully
- Live-transfer qualified homeowners to the booking team
- Log every call correctly
Pay
- Base: MXN 15,290/month, paid weekly (guaranteed)
- Commissions: paid monthly, based on qualified results
- Total potential: up to ~MXN 42,000/month (not guaranteed)
- Paid training
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, ~40 hrs/week
- Two shifts on U.S. hours; picked at interview
You need
- Strong spoken English (you'll be tested in the interview)
- Comfort cold calling people who didn't ask for a call
- Thick skin: hear "no" and move to the next call
- Your own computer, wired high-speed internet, headset with mic, and a quiet room
- To live in Mexico
Nice to have: call center, telesales, or appointment setting experience
