incompletos o inconsistentes y escalar oportunamente las excepciones.Preparar reportes operativos sencillos e información de soporte para el cierre del período.Atender consultas habituales sobre facturas y canalizar los casos contables o de pago complejos al analista senior.Cumplir los controles internos, la segregación de funciones y los compromisos de servicio.Requisitos que buscamos en ti!
Conocimiento práctico del procesamiento de facturas y la revisión documental; se valora experiencia administrativa o en AP.Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procedimientos y gestionar excepciones.Manejo funcional de Excel y facilidad para aprender sistemas ERP.Inglés: validar por requisición.
