Flex in Aguascalientes is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our teams as they design, build and optimize manufacturing processes. You will conduct time studies, balance lines, improve workflows, and support cost-reduction and safety initiatives.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI. English proficiency and ERP/MRP familiarity are preferred.
