Job Summary

Planner Scheduler
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Finance, the will oversee preparing and researching financial reports in hold up of business needs in order to charges and headcount are passed to the correct business units and to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.
Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.
Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations
Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.
Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.
Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.
Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.
Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.
Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.




Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Materials Planning or Supply Chain.
Conversational English
Intermediate Excel (data analysis, pivots, reporting).
Experience working with ERP systems such as BAAN, SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar.
Experience developing daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Knowledge of MPS (Master Production Schedule) and production control processes.
Understanding of inventory management and material requirements planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly production plans.
Monitor customer demand and align production schedules accordingly.
Coordinate with MPS and Manufacturing teams to ensure production plan execution.
Review material availability and identify shortages that may impact production.
Track and manage production orders within the ERP system.
Monitor capacity utilization and identify planning deviations.
Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts and inventory analysis.
Ensure on-time delivery performance through effective planning and scheduling.
Generate and analyze planning metrics and operational reports.
Lead planning meetings, document action items and drive follow-up activities.
