What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

• Create advance shipment notices (ASNs) for inbound shipments in the warehouse management system (WMS).

• Maintain SKU data in the WMS, including setting up new products ahead of launch.

• Track inbound shipments and investigate and resolve discrepancies between expected and received inventory.

• Monitor 3PL performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and prepare weekly performance summaries.





• Coordinate projects with 3PL partners, including kitting and B2B shipment pack-outs.

• Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to identify operational efficiencies.

• Document and improve supply chain processes.

• Coordinate and support key initiatives that advance continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into insights

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Proficiency in Spanish language preferred
