Project Analyst I for Language Services team managing eCOA-related translation projects and clinical trial interface validation. Role involves coordinating with integral stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of language assets for patient-facing clinical technologies.
Responsibilities
Review and validate screenshots of clinical trial interfaces and data capture tools
Plan and deliver eCOA language services projects in compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate with translation vendors and language service providers
Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure project execution and issue resolution
Monitor project timelines, quality, and documentation; track industry trends in eCOA technologies
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in eCOA/translation project management, localization, or clinical research
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes preferred
