Responsibilities
Lead financial analyses on profitability, inventory, cost management, and free cash flow optimization
Develop scenario planning and risk assessments to inform strategic business decisions
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Commercial, and Finance teams to enhance performance
Create executive dashboards and insights linking operational metrics to financial outcomes
Support business planning cycles and performance reviews while driving continuous improvement initiatives




Requirements
Proficiency in inventory and cost accounting, standard costing, and landed cost analysis
Experience with working capital management, free cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting
Advanced skills in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and financial analytics tools
Knowledge of SOX controls, compliance, and audit support processes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Ability to communicate financial concepts and influence stakeholders across functions
English proficiency and familiarity with AI concepts and tools
