Credit To Cash Analyst
Role Summary
As a Junior Collections Analyst within the Credit to Cash (C2C) team at CBS Mexico – Finance, you will drive cash flow optimization and maintain healthy B2B relationships across a $38MM monthly Accounts Receivable portfolio supporting the Professional Selling Segment. Reporting to the Collections Team Lead, you will execute end-to-end collections, resolve customer inquiries, and perform account reconciliations across US Export and LATAM customer portfolios. This role serves as a foundational step in your finance career, offering direct impact on global finance standardization, risk mitigation, and best-in-class operational service delivery.
Responsibilities
Collections Workflow Execution:
Proactively manage account collection workflows for past-due balances by issuing notices, conducting customer follow-ups, and documenting payment commitments in the system.




Account Reconciliation & Processing:
Perform periodic account reconciliations, aging credit balance reviews, and refund processing for assigned customer portfolios across US Export and LATAM accounts.
Inquiry & Dispute Resolution:
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving billing and charge questions while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, CS&L;, and back-office teams to resolve payment term discrepancies, clear routine deductions, and escalate complex account risks.
Portfolio Risk Monitoring:
Prepare customer account statements, track aging accounts, and monitor promise-to-pay commitments to mitigate credit risk.
Master Data & Compliance Control:
Maintain customer master data accuracy, execute payment term updates per established policies, and adhere to internal finance control standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in finance, collections, or accounts receivable environments
Professional fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g.,



VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
Functional knowledge of the Credit-to-Cash (C2C) process cycle (cash application, deductions, credit limits)
Basic experience using ERP financial systems such as SAP
Previous experience within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or B2B customer service environment
Strong conflict de-escalation skills and customer-centric problem-solving capability
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
