Blacksmith Agency seeks a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without asking questions. Precision is the job. This is a senior, systems-first seat.
You will stand up new systems fast and get them right the first time, across several client brands at once, with strong English and overlap with US business hours.
