the Stewarding Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Food&Beverage; operation by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency across all kitchens, stewarding areas, restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.

This position is responsible for leading the stewarding team, managing operating equipment inventories, controlling departmental expenses, overseeing strategic replacement programs for china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with the resort’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS) certification and all food safety regulations.

The Stewarding Manager partners closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and Human Resources to maintain exceptional standards while optimizing costs and supporting the overall guest experience.
