Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region's fastest-growing company. We're passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region's competitiveness. We're ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST General, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Clara's Integrations team - the squad responsible for connecting Clara's financial platform to the ecosystem of ERPs, banks, payment processors, and enterprise systems that power our clients' operations across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
You'll design and build the integrations, pipelines, and APIs that keep Clara's financial data flowing reliably across dozens of third-party connections.
Fullstack here is real - several of our most important upcoming initiatives require building internal tooling and client-facing interfaces from scratch, and you'll be expected to own those end to end.
AI fluency is central to how we work on this team - you're expected to use it across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and to reach for it whenever it makes you faster or better.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with payment processors, ERP platforms, and financial infrastructure providers across Latin America
- Architect scalable, secure, and observable services that handle sensitive financial data with the reliability our clients depend on
- Build and own frontend interfaces when the initiative calls for it - internal tooling, integration dashboards, configuration UIs
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive engineering workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps - from scaf
