What you´ll do:
Responsibilities List – Plant Engineering Trainee (Entry Level)
- Assist with the initial review of preventive and predictive maintenance job plans of the department in order to ensure KPI follow up
- Help track the maintenance and repair status of facilities equipment.
- Support with GEMBA in floor detecting opportunities to improve
- Use AI tools in order to enhance preventive and predictive tools
- Participate in meetings and continuous improvement (Lean/5S) activities,



documenting agreements and following up on simple action items.
- Support the collection of information for cost studies and capital projects (without preparing the final analysis).
- Help keep implementing AI Tools for energy consumption monitoring
- Support to energy consumption trends daily, weekly and monthly
- Provide basic follow-up on measurements for consumption.
- Help to document and update plant layout along with Plant Architect
- Assist with capturing and tracking requisitions/purchase orders.
- Help follow up on balances and validity periods of open purchase orders.
- Support the review of invoices before sending them for approval.
- Assist in recording and tracking basic KPIs (availability, MTTR, MTBF).
- Help manage spare crib inventory.
- Document incidents and follow up on simple corrective actions.
- Participate in 5 S's and continuous improvement activities for the area.
