Experience
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Event Management in a production enterprise environment
- Experience with Event Management deployments from design through go‑live and post‑production support
- Experience working with large‑scale monitoring and observability platforms

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management Implementation
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
- Configure Event Management architecture, event ingestion patterns, and operational dashboards
- Develop and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management configurations, and Event Processing Rules.
- Configure alert correlation,



alert suppression, de‑duplication, and noise reduction mechanisms.
- Implement Event‑to‑Incident automation and event‑driven workflows.

Integrations
- Integrate ServiceNow Event Management with third‑party monitoring and observability tools such as:
- Dynatrace
- AWS CloudWatch
- Other enterprise monitoring solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- MID Servers
- Webhooks
- IntegrationHub
- Scripted APIs

Required Technical Skills
- ITOM Event Management , Alert Management
- CMDB , Discovery ,Service Mapping (preferred)
