MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) – strong hands‑on experience building and modifying Connections and Data Views, including managing multiple data sources.
- Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics Solution Design – experience translating business and analytics requirements into technical specifications, solution design references, tracking requirements, and implementation documentation.
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – solid understanding of datasets, schemas, events, dimensions, metrics, identities, and data ingestion into CJA.
- Data Views & Reporting – experience designing data views for web, mobile app, email, push, and digital experience data and defining appropriate events, variables, metrics, and dimensions.
- Analytics Implementation – ability to work closely with web/app engineering teams to define tracking requirements and validate that the implementation matches the approved solution design.
- Adobe Target – hands‑on experience with test setup, audiences, activity configuration, traffic splits, and A4T (Analytics for Target) reporting.




- Segmentation – strong understanding of creating and recommending segments, audiences, events, and variables based on business and analytics requirements.
- Data Reconciliation / QA – experience establishing CJA-to-backend data reconciliation, anomaly thresholds, validation processes, and working with QA teams to operationalize recurring checks.
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Management – ability to collaborate with data analytics, CRM, QA, business, web, and mobile engineering teams.
- Documentation – strong experience maintaining solution design documents, technical specifications, implementation guidelines, and supporting analytics documentation.
- Troubleshooting & Data Quality – ability to investigate discrepancies between analytics platforms and backend/order data and identify implementation or data‑quality issues.
- Adobe Experience Cloud Knowledge – strong understanding of the broad
