Blacksmith Agency is hiring an AI Software Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap.
You will build production systems on top of AI models, not train them, and implement agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. You'll integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, enable tool use and function calling, and connect workflows across WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and our internal CMS.
This is a remote, full-time builder role for an international team.
