TikTok is our next major growth channel - we're hiring one person to own the entire account end-to-end: TikTok Shop affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that feeds it all.
What you'll own: - The overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including channel P L thinking, growth targets, testing roadmap, and prioritization across affiliates, content, and paid media - Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, Open Collaboration, Targeted, VIP programs, and relationship management - Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales - Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community - FTC-compliant creator briefing - Performance reporting: GMV, attributed orders, CAC,



creator ROI - not vanity metrics - Affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent) You are: - 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies - You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV - Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense) - Volume operator — 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data - Strong written English (you brief creators and run outreach) - Performance-minded - you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers - You live and breathe AI tools - daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.
- Coachable - you work alongside the founders - Bonus: Spark Ads / whitelisted content workflow experience, existing creator network in supplement/wellness/beauty, FTC compliance basics Schedule: Fully remote.
Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (10am–4pm ET).
