In this role, you will reconcile invoices, support month-end close, and keep financial documentation spotless across multiple properties, all while partnering with the property management team to keep billing issues resolved and operations running smoothly. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the portfolio continues to expand, giving you a stable platform to grow your career in property management accounting.

ScheduleMonday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile vendor invoices, statements, and payment records within the property management system.
- Support the accounting manager with financial reporting and month-end close activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation across multiple properties.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the property management team to resolve billing discrepancies.
