Are you a process-driven systems expert with hands-on proficiency in ClickUp, Claude, and Claude Code? As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will take full ownership of our client's business development pipeline, client communications, and administrative technical operations. In this role, our client is looking for someone to systematically manage leads from events, speaking engagements, and referrals through every stage of the sales pipeline, while managing calendars across time zones, administering secure tech tools, posting and monitoring social content, and evolving operational SOPs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional skilled in leveraging AI tools to streamline operations, proofread executive deliverables, and optimize pipeline reporting. Responsibilities
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Capture and intake all leads from the Principal, team members,



and partners into ClickUp/CRM within 2 business days with complete source and contact context; manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, lead statuses, and execute systematic follow-up outreach using approved templates.
- Calendar & Time Zone Coordination: Own the Principal's calendar, managing all scheduling, reschedules, reminders, and prep notes across multiple time zones while ensuring zero double-bookings.
- Client-Facing Collateral & Briefs: Prepare, edit, and promptly send client-facing materials including follow-up decks, briefs, proposals, and documents within 1 business day, logging all sent items and managing copy revisions.
- Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Act as the final quality-control check on all outgoing work, rigorously proofreading communications, decks, and documents to eliminate formatting, structural, and spelling errors before delivery.
- Technical Account & Tool Administration: Set up, configure, and maintain technical accounts, software applications
