What will you do?As a PeopleLink HR Intern, you'll be an important part of our HR Operations team, supporting employees, managers, and HR partners through efficient case management and HR process administration.
Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, employee support, and service delivery excellence. You will:
- Support the management of HR inquiries received through ticketing systems and email channels.
- Assist with the review, processing, and resolution of employee and manager requests related to HR policies, benefits, employment records, and HR programs.
- Help maintain accurate employee data by validating documentation and supporting system updates when required.
- Support case tracking, documentation management, and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and data validation activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.




- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, knowledge articles, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering a positive customer experience.
