Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Lean/Operations leader to drive Wave 12 deployment across multiple manufacturing sites. You will rapidly assess site conditions, define 12-week stabilization plans, and act as an embedded resource providing hands-on coaching and governance until handover.
You will escalate risks to General Manufacturing leadership and ensure rigorous standard work and visual management are in place.
