Your role at Clorox:
Responsible for Supporting Supply Chain Finance Team across Manufacturing Center of Practice along with Sourcing & Analysis Close & Forecast Activities
In this role, you will:
• Lead select SBU relationship and Ad-Hoc Support Total Company Delivered Cost Consolidation and Reporting
• Lead forecast process select PPV Accounts & D&D; working closely with Procurement & Supply Planning
• Support Manufacturing Finance Center of Practice working close with plant sites and key business partners
• Support the annual standards setting process and training •Supporting and developing Supply Chain Team teammates through real-time coaching, training, and challenging status quo, while developing culture of self-resourcefulness and curiosity driven learning.
• Ensure monthly accounting close for owned accounts, including usage and at standard rate variances, are performed in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures, Internal Controls Compliance, and GAAP
• Lead to Ensure forecast, gap deliverables and insights are provided to support the business
• Consistently demonstrate active financial leadership and influence to drive superior business results through cost management
• Actively lead transformational efforts, participate, and bring closure to continuous improvement projects (Ad hoc work, projects, gap closing, etc.)
What we look for:
• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting
• Advanced English level
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with
• Strong knowledge of Clorox systems including SAP (R/3, BW, SEM) and Essbase
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
