Saint Charlie Resorts is hiring a Director of Brand Growth to lead ongoing marketing, sales and brand growth across North America for our luxury, disability-inclusive resorts with its flagahip location lainch in Tulum, Mexico.

Location: United States based with planned Tulum travel. Full time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Lead North American growth strategy, partnerships and annual marketing and sales planning, including the launch program.
Manage the marketing and sales team and hold AI/media vendors accountable.
Approve brand claims and creative; own reputation and measurable room-night/revenue performance.

Requirements

Eight or more years of successful hospitality, travel or premium-consumer growth experience, including launches, paid/direct marketing, partnerships and CRM. Fluent English; Spanish is useful. Show results in completed revenue and costs, not just reach.

• Brand strategy and growth leadership skills, including experience defining positioning, managing brand architecture, and leading integrated campaigns for entertainment or media brands.
• Marketing and digital marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in social media, content marketing, audience development, and performance tracking across key North American markets.
• Experience in partnership development and business development, including building relationships with agencies, sponsors, and other strategic collaborators.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into clear value propositions for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interpret market research and audience insights, apply data to strategic decisions, and report on KPIs, campaign results, and growth trends.
