We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to work with Wonolo's Central Operations team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo's Central Operations team. You will work closely with Wonolo's teams to bring innovative experiences to life for Wonolo's customers (we call them Requestors), both mid-market and enterprise businesses who rely on Wonolo to connect them with front-line workers. You'll partner primarily with operations,
and collaborate with product and engineering to unify data reporting and reduce manual effort. We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in Latin America #LI-Remote.
Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams using tools such as Zapier or other low-code/no-code platforms. Develop more unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems. Consolidate metrics across disparate tools, enabling improved reporting for business stakeholders.
Provide structured feedback to help align AI agent behavior with actual business workflows.
Experiment with LLM evaluation and monitoring tools to support human-in-the-loop workflows that integrate our AI agent conversations into recruiter and ops processes.
You have at least 1+ years of experience working in automation using low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier
