We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Specialists to join projects focused on configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Human Capital Management solutions for a major organization in the banking industry.

We currently have opportunities for professionals specialized in the following areas
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Succession Management Talent management, succession planning, functional configuration, and HR process improvement.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Performance management, goal setting, functional configuration, and optimization of performance evaluation processes.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Time Tracking Timeoff management, timesheets, time tracking, business rules, and workflow configuration.

Requirements
Handson experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in at least one of the specialties listed above.
Experience gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis, and designing solutions.
Knowledge of HR processes and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with functional testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Advanced English proficiency,



with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
Education Bachelors degree completed professional degree certificate is mandatory.

Experience requirements by specialization
Talent Succession Management Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of handson configuration experience.
Performance Management Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of handson configuration experience.
Time Off Time Tracking Handson experience with the modules, business rule configuration, time valuation, and workflows. The role targets professionals with 48 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Configure, maintain, and optimize the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Participate in functional testing, system upgrades, releases, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with global teams, business stakeholders, and technical departments.
Ensure highquality deliverables and compliance with internal policies and controls.
