Lumina Aesthetics Med Spa, a U.S.-based medical aesthetics practice in New Jersey, is hiring a reliable, sales-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish Appointment Setter & Patient Coordinator for a long-term, 100% remote position.

This is not a basic administrative/data-entry position.

You will communicate closely with prospective and existing patients by phone and text, answer questions, follow up with leads, and convert interested customers into appointments.

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads by phone and text.- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries during your shift.- Learn our treatments, services, pricing, and current promotions.- Answer brief, routine questions using company-approved information.- Know when a question requires professional/clinical judgment and recommend a consultation with one of our providers instead of giving medical advice.- Use strong sales and communication skills to handle common questions/objections and convert interested leads into appointments.- Manage appointments and patient information accurately in Vagaro.- Maintain lead tracking, reports, and records using Google Sheets and Google Docs.- Follow company scripts, procedures, and lead-management guidelines.

Schedule & Attendance

Monday–Saturday | 7 hours/day | 42 hours/week | Sunday off

You must be available for the assigned schedule aligned with U.S.

Eastern Time (New Jersey).





Consistent attendance is essential.

Frequent absences, lateness, or early sign-outs are not acceptable for this position.

Technical Requirements

You must have:- A reliable, properly functioning computer- Stable high-speed internet- Reliable headset/microphone and quiet workspace- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs- Ability to use multiple web-based systems efficiently- Ability to remain connected to our designated Zoom work session with your work screen shared during scheduled working hours as required

Experience with Vagaro is a strong plus.

Compensation & Performance Growth

We reward strong and consistent performance with higher hourly pay.

Training Rate: $4 USD/hour

After training, team members may qualify for: Completed Paid Appointments/Month Rate20+ $5/hour35+ $6/hour50+ $7/hour80+ $8/hourA performance appointment counts only when the customer attends and completes a paid treatment/service.

Cancellations and no-shows do not count.

Rate advancement also considers attendance, punctuality, communication, work quality, proper follow-up,



Vagaro/CRM accuracy, compliance with procedures, and available lead volume.

Qualifications- Strong spoken and written English and Spanish- Excellent phone communication and customer-service skills- Strong sales ability and confidence making outbound calls- Reliable attendance and punctuality- Good computer and organizational skills- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Docs- Able to learn treatment/service information and explain it accurately- Coachable, dependable, and motivated by performance- Previous appointment-setting, sales, call-center, or customer-service experience preferred- Experience with U.S. customers, healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty/wellness, or Vagaro is a plus

Important

This is a 100% remote position with no face-to-face patient interaction.

However, you will communicate closely with patients throughout the day by phone and text, so prompt responses, professional communication, consistent follow-up, and strong sales skills are essential.

Shortlisted candidates may complete an English/Spanish speaking assessment, mock customer call, Google Sheets/Docs assessment, and computer/internet readiness check.
