Job DescriptionSteelcase Monterrey is looking for anOrder Management Internto join the Direct Sell Order Fulfillment Department.As an intern, you'll:Organize, analyzes, researches and proofreads internal purchase orders.Identify order conditions for critical information required by manufacturing to meet deadlines.Support sales and product development efforts by accurately entering purchase orders.Ensure orders are acknowledged within Sales Service throughput measures by accurately identifying the necessary steps needed to complete orders and routing them to the appropriate work area.Research order discrepancies pertaining to schedule request, pricing, shipping information and service part order information.Communicate with dealers and customer service representatives regarding simple to complex change requests and discrepancies.Communicate with various levels of internal and external customers.Perform direct pricing and invoicing functions.Release commissions to Steelcase dealers.Who you are:Required Skills and CompetenciesAdvanced written and oral English (100%)Currently studying a bachelor's degree on International Business,



Commerce or related.Full time availability (7am- 4pm)To graduate at least on December 2027 or later.Preferred Skills and CompetenciesAbility to multi-task and work with multiple clients simultaneously.Strong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer Service oriented.Detail OrientedDoing better for people and planetSteelcase is a general design and thought leader in the world of work.
