Support the transformation journey through the management of the Business Processes and Value Chain, identifying the strategic, core, management and support processes.Main Responsibilities

Manage the Value Chain that maps all the business processes for the organization. Identify the business process to be designed and installed.Lead the process related projects to map the process steps, process owners and identify gaps for improvement and make the processes more efficient.Foster the cross-functional collaboration and working by process culture in the organizationSupport the Strategic transformation portfolio projects. Work with the project management team to define project Gantt and secure compliance.Define adequate communication strategy (Change Management Plan) to support change, prepare visual support materials,



messages, talking points for executive team and Sr. Management and execute actions to comply with the plan.Coach and accompany Project Sponsors, Process Owner and Project leaders to successfully install the processes in the organizationOwn the Organizational Process Model and audit its continuous improvement.Position Requirements

Education:

Engineering Degree or relatedTechnical Competences:

Problem Solving, Project Management,Agile processExperience:

Project Management Certification, Process Arquitecture,Languages:

English advanced.
