Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

As required. serve as back up for manager .

Review of Metric and indicators .

Represent the Department of Materials at the meetings with the areas that require.Proposal development to improve productivity .

Improvement Project Development .

Lead department improvements and projects .

Suggests annual department objectives .

High complexity task-projects .

High performance expectation .

Coordinates activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates .

Negotiations within and outside the company, impacts the department or other areas .

Mature-Senior employee supervision .

Formal teams .

Mentor training department.





Additional Functions
