We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional support to donors and customers of charitable organizations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations while providing a respectful customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and compassionate customer service to donors and catalog customers.Handle customer inquiries with patience, tact, and empathy,
