Your Job As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic talent advisor partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. This role goes beyond execution, focusing on influencing hiring decisions, shaping talent strategies, and building long-term workforce capability across technical, managerial, and leadership roles. You will play a key role in elevating how we attract, assess, and hire talent, ensuring we build strong pipelines for critical and high-impact positions across engineering, sales, and leadership functions. Our Team You will be part of Koch Recruiting, supporting hiring efforts primarily for Molex operations in Guadalajara. The team collaborates closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies that enable operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation. What You Will Do Support recruiting efforts by executing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management activities aligned with business hiring needsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experienceSupport full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions including engineering, technical, operational, and professional roles.Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media,



and other recruiting channelsGather and share market and talent insights to support recruiting activities.Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder engagementElevate the candidate experience and strengthen employer brand positioning in the local market Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience supporting recruiting, sourcing, HR, talent acquisition, or related people-focused activitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and business partnersExposure to recruiting, sourcing, HR support, or candidate-facing activitiesAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Willingness and ability to commute regularly to Molex Guadalajara 1 What Will Put You Ahead Interest in learning about engineering, manufacturing, and technical rolesExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, or other channelsExperience using ATS platforms, HR systems, or other talent-related toolsKnowledge of interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, or talent acquisition processesComfort working with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring activities Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
