Mobile Tech ManagerCapgemini is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale mobile solutions. This role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, requiring deep expertise in Flutter-based mobile development and experience guiding both frontend and backend teams.YOUR ROLE:- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile applications using Flutter and modern mobile technologies.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to both frontend and backend engineering teams.- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and JSON-based services to support mobile applications.- Oversee mobile application releases, deployments, and approval processes across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.- Conduct technology assessments, evaluate emerging mobile solutions, and recommend future-state architectures.- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, facilitating technical discussions, documenting decisions, and ensuring successful project delivery.YOUR PROFILE:- 9-12 years of software development experience,
