What You'll Do Sales Director | Electronic Components Distribution Guadalajara, Mexico | 100% On-Site Build, lead, and scale a high-performing B2 B sales team Drive new business development across OEM, EMS, and MRO accounts Own regional revenue growth and P&L; performance Coach and develop sales professionals into true hunters and brokers Lead strategic negotiations and key customer relationships Collaborate with global sourcing and purchasing teams Identify opportunities driven by shortages, allocations,



and excess inventory What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in electronic components distribution or industrial brokerage Proven success leading B2 B sales teams (minimum 3 direct reports) Strong understanding of the global electronic components supply chain Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and managing profitability Advanced English (C1+) with daily interaction with global teams and customers Based in Guadalajara or willing to relocate for a fully on-site position Why Join ASC Integral?
