As anAssociate Project Managerat Snowflake, you'll be supporting the delivery of our most important customer engagements. This is an exciting early-career opportunity for someone eager to build project and customer delivery skills in the cloud data space. You'll work closely with senior SDMs, Practice Managers, project teams, and Snowflake customers to ensure projects are well-coordinated, documented, and successfully executed. In this role, you'll develop foundational experience across professional services delivery, project coordination, and customer operations—while contributing to customer success at one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world.This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) in Mexico CityWHAT YOU'LL DO: Support Solution Architects, Practice Managers and Senior Services Delivery Managers in day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and internal communicationsCollaborate with other internal stakeholders such as Consulting Managers, Technical Delivery Directors, Practice Directors and Operations team to ensure projects are smoothly deliveredCreate, update and track project plans, risks,



and action logsOwn project reporting and metrics tracking for customer engagementsAttend and support customer meetings, capturing notes, follow-ups, and next stepsBuild an understanding of Snowflake's delivery methodologies, tools, and best practicesSupport delivery documentation including statements of work, project artifacts, and customer onboarding materialsParticipate in internal initiatives to improve delivery operations and customer experienceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success, or delivery supportDemonstrated strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills in both English and SpanishComfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and toolsProactive, curious, and eager to learnFamiliarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plusBilingual (Spanish and English) requiredBONUS POINTS FOR: Experience supporting technical or customer-facing teamsExposure to project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)Understanding of data, cloud, or SaaS conceptsWHY JOIN SNOWFLAKE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES?
