Seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient AEM Content Author to join our SEO agency team. This role will be responsible for publishing, updating, and optimizing website content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while ensuring SEO best practices are implemented accurately and efficiently.
The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience working in AEM, understands on-page SEO fundamentals, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment supporting enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
Content Authoring & Publishing
- Create, edit, and publish web pages using AEM templates and components
- Maintain content consistency across multiple sections of enterprise websites
- Execute content updates, landing page builds, and campaign launches
- Manage digital assets within AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management)
SEO Implementation
- Implement SEO recommendations including:
- Metadata (title tags, meta descriptions)
- Internal linking structures
- Structured content formatting
- Image optimization and alt text
- Partner with SEO strategists to execute on-page optimization initiatives
Technical & QA Responsibilities
- Validate URLs, redirects, and canonical tags
- Ensure proper tagging and taxonomy implementation
- Conduct pre- and post-launch QA checks across desktop and mobile
- Troubleshoot content rendering or component issues within AEM
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with SEO strategists, developers, designers, and account teams
- Participate in sprint planning and task management (Jira experience preferred)
- Support enterprise clients with ongoing site maintenance and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working and authoring in Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience in a digital agency or corporate marketing environment
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS workflows and approval processes
- Experience with QA processes and website publishing standards, especially agile environments utilizing Jira
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communicator, with a proactive, problem-solver attitude
