About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor with at least 4 years of professional video-editing experience who combines advanced traditional editing skills with modern AI-powered video creation tools.

The idóneo candidate knows how to use AI to create, enhance, and speed up video production while maintaining professional quality. You should be comfortable producing marketing videos, social media content, advertisements, product videos, and engaging short-form and long-form content.

This is not a basic CapCut editing position. We need someone with strong technical editing skills, professional Adobe software experience, and practical knowledge of AI video-generation and editing tools.

Responsibilities

- Edit professional-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Use AI tools to generate video clips, visuals, scenes, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
- Combine AI-generated footage with professionally edited video to create polished final content.
- Produce short-form videos, advertisements, product promotions, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form content, including interviews, podcasts, testimonials, and YouTube videos.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing, sequencing, pacing, and post-production.
- Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and compositing.
- Create compelling hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and calls to action.
- Apply color correction, audio cleanup, visual enhancement, and professional finishing.
- Use AI tools to improve production efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Repurpose existing footage and long-form content into engaging marketing videos.




- Follow creative direction, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional video-editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Practical experience with AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
- Ability to create or transform footage using AI rather than simply applying automated templates.
- Experience producing both short-form and long-form videos.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and audience retention.
- Experience creating marketing content, product videos, advertisements, or branded content.
- Excellent English communication skills, including spoken and written English.
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills and AI-assisted video work.

AI Tools & Software Candidates should have hands-on experience with professional editing software and AI video tools.

Required professional editing software:

- Adobe Premiere Pro — advanced proficiency required.
- Adobe After Effects — strong working knowledge required.

AI tools and workflows: Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Sora, Adobe Firefly,



or comparable AI video-generation platforms is highly relevant. Experience with AI voiceovers, generative visuals, image-to-video, text-to-video, and AI-assisted post-production is a plus.

CapCut may be used as an additional tool, but CapCut alone does not meet our software requirements.

Do Not Apply If

- You have fewer than 4 years of professional video-editing experience.
- Your editing experience is limited to CapCut, basic mobile apps, or ready-made templates.
- You do not have advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
- You cannot work with After Effects or comparable professional motion-graphics workflows.
- You have no practical experience using AI tools for video creation or editing.
- You only generate AI clips but cannot professionally edit them into a finished video.
- You cannot demonstrate your skills through a professional portfolio or showreel.
- You cannot communicate fluently and professionally in English.
