Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career

As a Communications Analyst, you will support multiple functional areas across the U.S. firm, with a primary focus on the Proposals and Staffing teams. You may also contribute to Marketing initiatives as business needs and capacity allow. This role will likely sit within the Communications team while being fully dedicated to supporting

U.S.-based priorities.

What You'll Do

Proposal Support

- Support the development, formatting, editing, and final review of proposals and related materials
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and other client-facing documents
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, branding, and formatting
- Organize proposal files, templates, supporting materials, and version-controlled documents

Staffing Support

- Assist the Staffing team with communications, presentations, reports, and administrative coordination
- Maintain accurate staffing-related documents and trackers using Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Support the preparation and distribution of clear, timely updates for U.S. stakeholders

Communications & Marketing Support

- Develop and edit internal communications, presentations, and informational materials
- Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure content is clear, professional, and aligned with firm standards
- Provide additional support to Marketing projects when capacity is available

Cross-Functional Coordination





- Manage multiple assignments across functional teams while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Coordinate with U.S.-based team members to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and complete deliverables
- Maintain organized files and follow established workflows, templates, and review processes

What Success Looks Like in This Role

- Produces polished, accurate, and professional proposals, presentations, and communications
- Provides dependable support across Proposals, Staffing, Communications, and, when needed, Marketing
- Manages competing priorities effectively and completes work within established deadlines
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and promptly incorporates stakeholder feedback

Who You Are

Education & Experience

- University degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field preferred
- Professional English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience supporting proposals, staffing, communications, marketing, or other cross-functional business activities is preferred

- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, polished, and visually consistent presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams
- Strong editing, proofreading, formatting, and document-management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working across several functional areas
