Our client is a fast-growing US real estate owner, operator and developer with a multifamily portfolio across some of the country's most dynamic markets. They're builders of communities and careers, with a culture that pushes people to aim higher, keep learning and make a real impact on residents, partners and colleagues. Their corporate teams are based in the New York area, and they're now growing their Yardi function in Mexico City.
What you'll do
- Handle support requests by ticket, email and phone, and resolve them clearly and on time
- Set up and configure new properties and locations in Yardi
- Spot recurring issues, find the root cause and put long-term fixes in place
- Build custom ad hoc reports, including SSRS reports and stored procedures, for accounting,
development and operations teams, up to CFO level
- Run remote training sessions for users
- Support asset managers with business plans, operating and capital budgets, and budget tracking
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of hands-on Yardi experience, ideally in multifamily
- 3+ years in real estate
- Strong SQL and SSRS skills, including stored procedures and report layout
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills and a habit of using data to solve problems
- The ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues and report clearly to senior management
- Professional-level English for working with US-based teams
