Our client is looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter to join their sales team. You will make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers. Your main goal is to set appointments for the sales team. You will also cross-sell services to existing customers and offer service contracts and warranties.
You will receive training on company systems, sales methods, and services. Success in this role means consistently meeting targets for calls, follow-ups, and booked appointments.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers.
- Follow up persistently with leads until contact is made.
- Set appointments, aiming for 5 to 6 booked appointments per day.
- Cross-sell additional services and installations to existing customers.
- Offer and sell service contracts and warranties.
- Communicate with leads and customers by phone, text, and email.
- Log all activity and manage leads in Job Nimbus CRM.
- Make calls and send texts through a RingCentral extension.
- Follow the company’s scripts and sales methods.
- Handle rejection and maintain consistent call volume.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Sales and appointment setting experience.
- Reliable with strong attendance.
- Able to handle rejection and keep making calls persistently.
