Role Description The Asesor financiero en cambios is a full-time, on-site role based in Hermosillo, SON. This role is responsible for advising clients on foreign exchange operations, investment options, and comprehensive financial strategies aligned with their risk profile and goals.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, analyzing market trends, preparing tailored financial proposals, and executing transactions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The advisor will maintain detailed records of client interactions, monitor existing portfolios, and proactively suggest adjustments to optimize performance.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in product and market updates, and ensuring a high level of ethical and professional conduct in every client engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to interpret market movements and financial instruments.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.
- Proven capabilities in Financial Advisory, including client-facing consultation and tailored solution development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and strong ethical standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Hermosillo, SON, manage multiple client relationships, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and foreign exchange operations is highly desirable; prior brokerage or banking experience is a plus.
