Overview of the position

We are looking for an experienced BTL & Sponsorships professional to lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, corporate events, and sponsorship activations. This role will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to create memorable brand experiences while ensuring operational excellence, budget control, and alignment with Kia’s brand and business objectives.

Typical Tasks:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BTL initiatives, corporate events, experiential marketing projects, and sponsorship activations.
- Develop creative activation concepts aligned with Kia’s brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers, production partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, negotiations, approvals, operational risks, and on-site activities.
- Define KPIs, evaluate event and sponsorship performance, and prepare post-event reports.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, contracts, permits, safety requirements, and internal processes.




- Identify market trends and new opportunities to create innovative and memorable brand experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, PR, Customer Experience, Legal, Finance, and other key areas

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, BTL initiatives, event production, or sponsorship activations.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility projects from concept and planning through execution and evaluation.
- Strong project management, budget control, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, production partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of contracts, permits, operational safety, brand guidelines, and compliance processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Availability to travel and support on-site event execution.
- Experience in the automotive industry is not required; backgrounds in agencies, entertainment, sports, hospitality, luxury, consumer goods, or other experience-led industries are welcome
