Are you interested in an entry-level role for keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? At MStar, you'll help build a new vehicle-financing program —working alongside teams across operations, finance, and partnerships.

Your Mission:

Program & Operations Support: Coordinate follow-ups platforms integration and International-based team. Track open items, owners, deadlines, and flag what's stuck.

Meeting-to-Action Follow-Through: Turn discussions and decisions into clear next steps, then follow up to help ensure they get done.

Data & Reporting: Pull, clean, and organize spreadsheet data into accurate reports on funnel activity, portfolio metrics, and other priorities.

Escalation Triage: Handle routine issues within your scope, document and escalate problems that need a manager's attention, and look for recurring patterns that may point to a larger issue.

Who are we looking for?

The Self-Starter: You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and can make progress without step-by-step instructions.

The Bilingual Communicator: You have working fluency in English and Spanish. You'll coordinate with Spanish-speaking partners and report in English with international team.

Calm Under Ambiguity: You can stay level-headed when an issue has no documented solution,



and you know when to ask for help.

AI Reporting: You are eager to use AI tools to summarize information, create or refine spreadsheet formulas, and streamline routine reporting. You verify AI-generated results for accuracy and handle sensitive information carefully.

Spreadsheet-Comfortable: You can create a clear tracker and prepare a reports in Excel or Google Sheets with accuracy and care.

The Offer: What's in it for you?

Base Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 MXN (Gross monthly)

Grocery Vouchers (Vales de despensa).

Semestral Bonus that can reach 1 month of your salary.

All the hardware and software needed for your work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Location: Reforma, Mexico City.
