Job Title: BI / Data Analyst – Global Shared Business Services

Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico

Role Overview

Responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data insights across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Processing. The role will partner with general stakeholders to improve operational performance, automate reporting, and drive data-led decisions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 3+ years’ experience in BI, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience with Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects .
- Good knowledge of SAP BW 7.x , SAP ERP, and data warehouse concepts.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python and/or VBA for data analysis and automation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, KPIs, and performance reporting .
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, automated reporting, and actionable insights .
- Strong requirements gathering and end-to-end BI development experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , including working with senior leadership and global teams.




- Ability to manage projects, prioritise workload, and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and spoken English .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI/BusinessObjects reports and dashboards .
- Analyse service levels, productivity, operational KPIs, and performance .
- Automate reporting and improve reporting efficiency.
- Gather business requirements and deliver BI solutions end-to-end.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
- Support stakeholder training and adoption of KPIs and dashboards.
- Identify performance gaps and highlight risks/issues to senior stakeholders.

Desirable: Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Processing , and metrics such as aged debt, cash conversion, debtor days, and payment-on-time.
