? Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis and CPQ/eCommerce experience
- Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Pricing, discounting, product configuration & approval workflows
- User stories, acceptance criteria & functional specifications
- Agile/Scrum, Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps & Confluence
- SQL, requirements gathering, gap analysis & UAT coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
? Mandatory: Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI assistants in real project work for requirements analysis, documentation, or productivity. ⭐ Nice to Have: REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and relevant BA/Agile certifications.
