The Role The Tollocan Group in the Renault, GAC, Jetour | Souest Commercial Organization is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team at the Metepec – Lerma location. This position is a new supporting role for analytics, reporting - programing, and executive communication needs across the 3 Car Brands.

This role is responsible for obtaining and transforming complex sales funnel, and sales operational data into clear, accurate, and actionable business intelligence dashboards to generate insights, that drive decision-making at the organization. In addition to advanced reporting and analysis responsibilities, the Business Intelligence Senior Analyst will serve as the lead developer and owner of leadership presentations, supporting recurring executive forums, ad‑hoc deep dives, and strategic reviews.

The idóneo candidate is a strong problem solver with a passion for data, data programing, executive dashboard creation, an eye for detail, and the ability to tell a compelling story with analytics. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional partners, the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and comfort presenting and working with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Create the data gathering process for all sales and financial information withing the organization
- Create an automated way to store all information and to create an automatic dashboard to show the analytics
- Serve as the primary owner for executive‑level presentations, ensuring data accuracy, clarity of messaging, and professional presentation quality
- Lead the development, maintenance,



and continuous improvement of sales and financial analytics and recurring performance reports
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of quality performance
- Translate analytical findings into concise, leadership‑ready insights, tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Partner closely with Sales, After Sales, Marketing, Business Development Center, Finance to align data outputs to business needs
- Support KPI governance, metric definitions, and standardized reporting approaches across the organization
- Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests with speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of business context
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance reporting and visualization capabilities

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles
- Advanced proficiency in Powe BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex data manipulation and professional presentation design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex datasets clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a dynamic environment
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
