Role Description The Buyer role at Concentric is a full-time, on-site position based in Guadalajara, JAL. The Buyer will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing electronic components, requesting and evaluating quotes, negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, and placing purchase orders in line with company policies. This role will monitor inventory levels, track order status, resolve delivery or quality issues, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and finance to meet customer demand and margin targets.

The Buyer will analyze market trends, supplier performance,



and cost data to support data-driven purchasing decisions and maintain accurate records in procurement systems. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and inventory coordination.

- Competence in data analysis, forecasting, and use of ERP or procurement software to support data-driven decisions.

- Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills for working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and issues.

- Relevant experience in electronics, components distribution, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to prepare clear reports and business correspondence.

- Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara, JAL, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
